Altis Santa Barbara Unfolds At 4670 Santa Barbara Boulevard, Naples, Florida
Construction is ongoing on Altis Santa Barbara, a luxury housing development in Naples, Florida. The venture will require more than 160,000 square feet of new construction, with Heatherwood Construction Company (the general contractor) having started sitework in Spring 2022. Buildings in the community will measure one to five stories above grade.
According to Multifamily Press, the upscale community will offer 242 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. Homes come with spa-inspired fixtures, EnergyStar appliances, and quartz countertops. Some apartments come with private entryways, garage access, and elevators.
Amenities include a swimming pool.Communal amenities include a fitness center with a yoga studio and wellness room. The pet-friendly community also offers a gated dog park.
Other amenities include a Starbucks-brand cybercafe, movie theater, game room, and conference center––just to name a few. Sources report that the first units will be available sometime in 2023.
