10 Story Mixed-Use buildings within the Vizcaya Metro Station with a total of 392 workforce and affordable rental apartments. Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of retail area at ground level, indoor / outdoor amenity areas throughout the site, and a parking garage 492 parking spaces to serve the public using the metro station and the residents. The project also provides a covered breezeway connection to the existing metro station.
