7 to 10 Story Mixed- Use buildings within the Palmetto Metro Station with a total of 1,000 workforce and affordable rental apartments. Approximately 7,700 sq. ft. of retail area at ground level, indoor / outdoor amenity areas throughout the site, a 9 Story attached parking garage with 1,153 parking spaces to serve the public using the metro station and the residents, and surface parking area. The project also provides a covered breezeway connection to the existing metro station.
