The first 15 Story Mixed-Use Student Housing project approved and built in City of Sweetwater as part of a rezoning process to College Town Zoning District. The building provides 149 student living apartments with 542 bedroom, indoor / outdoor amenity areas, Including a pool deck, student support areas, and commercial areas at ground level.
